When asked about her career path, she reflects thoughtfully. It wasn't always a predetermined path, but rather a series of seized opportunities, hard work and her many years of experience in the company.   
 
She also had reservations before accepting a management position, but she faced them with determination. Her motto "You don't always need a plan, sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens" has guided and strengthened her.
